Tung Lok Seafood (East Coast Parkway)

I know it's a dish that's been done to death recently, but it remains one of my fav prawn dishes nonetheless. Deep fried jumbo prawns tossed in wasabi mayo- Sam Leong's creation for Tung Lok, best done by Tung Lok imo. Peach Garden does a mean rendition too though. Oh the version Jing at One Fullerton deserves a mention too- will blog about that meal soon :)





Scallops sauteed in crab roe sauce, with broccoli and fried foie gras balls

I love seafood, possibly even more so than Siew Mai!
